About Me

I am a cognitive-behavioral and Gestalt psychotherapist under supervision, and my work is built around authentic presence and the real meeting between people. I believe that change occurs when we allow ourselves to be in contact with what we are experiencing in the present moment—our emotions, tensions, desires, and limits—and when we are accompanied with care in this process.

I work with adults, individually or as couples, who are facing emotional, relational, or existential difficulties, as well as with those who wish to know themselves more deeply and live more connected to their own needs.

What Is Important for Me

  • Authentic contact — in Gestalt, the relationship is the main instrument. I offer you a real, attentive, and engaged presence.
  • Here and now — we explore together what is happening in the present, in the body, in emotions, and in the relationship.
Personal responsibility — I support you in recognizing your resources and taking ownership of the steps that belong to you.
  • Curiosity and experimentation — sometimes we work through dialogue, other times through experiential exercises, depending on what comes alive in the session.

How I Work

My approach is collaborative and process-oriented. Together, we observe how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the situations in your life. In couples therapy, we explore the dynamics between partners, the ways in which they meet or miss each other, and what becomes possible when communication opens up.

I don’t force a pace or offer quick solutions. Instead, I create a space where you can feel, express, and understand what you are experiencing, so that clarity and new ways of being in the world can emerge.

I am a mother to a son and a daughter, both high school students, a life partner of over 27 years, a daughter, a sister, a friend… a person who tries—sometimes successfully—to live her life in a fulfilling and meaningful way, both for herself and for those around her.

Find the Support You Need

If you feel that the time has come to talk to someone, write to me. We can explore together whether we can begin the therapeutic process or if another type of support might be a better fit for you.

Professional Experience

For over 25 years, I have worked with people going through important transitions—personal, relational, or professional—supporting them in navigating these stages with greater clarity, stability, and authenticity. My professional path combines experience in both the nonprofit and international corporate environments with solid training in personal development, economics, psychology, psychotherapy, and coaching.

I have over 20 years of experience in human resources management and consulting, working across diverse industries for international companies such as Citigroup and Danone, at local, national, and regional levels. Coaching gradually became a central direction in my work, and in recent years I have accumulated over 500 hours of active coaching, working with leaders, executives, women, and couples both in Romania and abroad. In 2019, I chose to expand my practice through university studies in Psychology, shifting the focus from developing people within organizations to supporting them in reaching their potential in life. I continued my studies with training in psychotherapy, and the Gestalt approach is the one closest to my heart.

Couples Therapy/ Coaching

I frequently work with couples facing communication difficulties, recurring conflicts, emotional distance, or turning points such as marriage, the arrival of a child, separation, or redefining the relationship. I create a safe and balanced space where both partners can be heard and can understand the dynamics of their relationship, so they can make conscious and responsible decisions.

1:1 Psychotherapy

In individual work, I support people going through life transitions: career changes, emotional burnout, grief and loss, or the need for meaning and identity reconfiguration. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy concepts, transformational coaching, mental fitness, and vocational counseling, tailored to each personal context.
